Nurture. Strategize. Grow.

Meet the Person
With a passport stamped in over 50 countries and seven years spent living in China, Audrye brings a distinctive global lens to everything she does. She now resides in Maryland with the loves of her life—her husband, son, daughter, and their dependably lazy cat.
An experienced Rescue scuba diver and lifelong musician, she’s even been spotted playing violin on the street corners of D.C. Her curiosity spans far and wide, from a passion for cosmology and space exploration to more down-to-earth delights like gardening, spicy food, beach getaways, and renaissance festivals.
Meet the Professional
Audrye’s accomplishments span a wide range of industries—from Fortune 500 media companies to global retailers, national health and wellness organizations, agricultural firms, and fast-paced startups. Statement of Belief
Big data holds extraordinary promise—it can reveal hidden patterns and offer glimpses into a future we might otherwise miss. But its power to solve our most pressing challenges depends on our ability to connect code to the rich, textured complexity of real life. Data only becomes meaningful when it's grounded in the lived experiences, motivations, and behaviors of real people. Without that context, even the most advanced predictive models and compelling charts are little more than the outline of a paint-by-numbers kit—a map to the treasure, but not the treasure itself.
To truly unlock the potential of data, we must strike a thoughtful balance between cutting-edge AI and the nuanced insights of qualitative research. When businesses and policymakers take the time to hear the human story behind the numbers, they gain more than just information—they gain understanding. It's in that deeper narrative that data becomes strategy, insight becomes impact, and analysis becomes action.
